Hi, I’m Lesley and I’m neurodivergent, which I like to call neuromagical. Keeping that magic alive takes a little care. I’ve learned about relaxation and self-care by doing yoga for over 30 years and giving massages for 20 years. I’m sharing what I’ve learned so that you (and me too!) can remember how to stay magical. I’ll share breathing tips, exercises, thoughts, meditations, and probably a lot of silliness. I think the main trick to staying magical is remembering who you were as a third grader.
